What is an association with Paris and France?
Love and Romance. Eiffel Tower and Louvre. Cheese and Wine. Cote d'azur and Nice. Fashion, perfumes and cosmetics. And so on...
Going to France the first thing you should know - french people do not like to speak and other language except french. So if you are going there it is better to learn some words and to take phrase-book with you. It will be a good form to answer or ask something in French. Then they will be polite to talk to you in English, thus they will see that you have an interest in their culture and language.
Hotels - in France it is not cheap as well. Budget could be outside the city center of 3* for around 50 to 70 Eur per night or if you are lucky to find special offers on early reservation. As well it is the same with flight reservation - from around 100 Eur and up when take a flight from Europe, Moscow, Scandinavia, Baltic States.
It is not enough even with a week. Because there you can find history almost in every piece in the city center. Obligation - sightseeing tour or personal guide. Even thus one time is not enough to remember everything.Morning coffee and croissant, beef steak with Dur-blue (average price is around 25-30 Eur) and red wine as well is essential. French cuisine is really fantastic and delicious.
Moulin Rouge.
Moulin Rouge - one of the most famous shows in Paris is due from 1889. For an evening to remember, book ahead. The show alone is priced at €95. Dinner and show packages can be enjoyed from €175. www.moulinrouge.fr
Montmartre.
Montmarte - the hill in the north of Paris. Montmartre is an officially designated historic district with limited development allowed in order to maintain its historic character.
Champs-Elysees.
The Champs-Élysées were originally fields and market gardens. In the course of history they've changed their function several times.
Every year on Bastille Day, the largest military parade in Europe passes down the Champs-Élysées, reviewed by the President of the Republic.
The Champs-Élysées is also the traditional end of the last stage of the Tour de France.
Huge and spontaneous gatherings occasionally take place on the Champs-Élysées in celebration of popular events, such as New Year's Eve.
Disney Land.
Disneyland Paris is an entertainment resort in Marne-la-Vallée, a new town located 32 km from the center of Paris and is the most visited attraction in all of France and Europe. The resort has two theme parks, several resort hotels, a shopping, dining, and entertainment complex, and a golf course. Disneyland Park is the original theme park of the complex, opening with the resort on April 12, 1992. A second theme park, Walt Disney Studios Park opened in 2002.
